District Two - East Greenbush, North Greenbush and Poestenkill

Michael Cristo is a young businessman who believes in giving back to the community through public service. For the past two years, Mike has served as a member of the East Greenbush Town Board where he has earned a reputation for effectiveness and attention to the needs of residents.

With years of private sector business experience, Mike is focused on reducing the burden carried by taxpayers. Mike is focused on a careful consolidation of services to reduce costs and expansion of the tax base to provide relief to taxpayers.

Mike has experience creating jobs and generating revenue through his experience as the owner of various commercial and residential properties. Mike also operates the oldest demolition business in the country, a business started in 1922 by his grandfather Michael. He is in the process of launching a new business in the county.

Mike has many friends and family throughout the legislative district. He and his wife Karen reside in East Greenbush and the parents of two daughters who being educated in the East Greenbush school district.
