District 5: Stan Brownell & Lester Goodermote

Hoosick, Petersburgh, Grafton, Berlin and Stephentown

Rensselaer County Legislators Stan Brownell and Lester Goodermote received the enthusiastic support of the Hoosick Republican Committee at a packed fundraiser for the two county lawmakers held on April 28.

The fundraiser at Giuseppe's on Route 7 drew supporters of Brownell and Goodermote from throughout District 5 and top elected officials from throughout the county.

In attendance were State Senator Roy McDonald, County Executive Kathleen Jimino, County Clerk Frank Merola, Sheriff Jack Mahar, Chairman of the Legislature Neil Kelleher, Legislature Majority Leader Robert Mirch, County Court Judge candidate Charles Wilcox, County Family Court candidate Arthur Dunn and party representatives from throughout the district.

Members of the Hoosick Republican candidate enthusiastically gave their support to the re-election of Brownell and Goodermote. The two lawmakers plan on kicking off their re-election effort later this spring.
